PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

TO THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF LINCOLN, ILLINOIS

Please take notice that the Zoning Boards of Appeals of the City of Lincoln shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 6:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to hear the following petition. 

The First United Methodist Church is requesting a variation of City Code Section 11-5-5, (B), Yards required in the C-2 District, to reduce the required, 15 foot front yard setback.  The request for a reduction in the front yard setback is being sought to construct an accessory building on the subject property. 

               The subject properties are legally described as:

8-1137, Lot 1, Block 12 of Original Town, now City of Lincoln, Logan County, Illinois, commonly known as 131 N. Logan Street.

The petition shall be on file in the Code Enforcement Office in City Hall for public inspection, comment, questions and objections may be filed with the City Clerk until 3:00 P.M. on

November 19, 2014.
