Public Hearing

December 15, 2014

The City of Lincoln Public Hearing met in the Council Chambers on Monday, December 15, 2014. 

There were seven Aldermen present (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Cooper, Alderman Hoinacki, Alderman Horn, Alderman Neitzel, Alderman O'Donohue and Alderman Tibbs) and one absent (Alderman Bauer).  Also present were Fire Chief Miller, Deputy Building and Safety Officer Mrs. Ingram, American Water/EMC Manager Mr. Ferguson, Police Chief Greenslate.  Also present were Mayor Snyder, City Treasurer Mr. Conzo, City Clerk Mrs. Gehlbach, City Administrator Mr. Johnson and Recording Secretary Mrs. Riggs.

Mayor Snyder called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on the proposed Tax Levy Ordinance for Tax Year 2014. 

Public Participation

Mayor Snyder asked if there was anyone present that wanted to make any public comment.

There was no one present who wanted to make any public comment about the proposed Tax Levy Ordinance for Tax Year 2014.  

Alderman Neitzel moved to adjourn the meeting and Alderman Anderson seconded to close the meeting. There were seven yeas (Alderman Anderson, Alderman Cooper, Alderman Hoinacki, Alderman Horn, Alderman Neitzel, Alderman O'Donohue and Alderman Tibbs) zero nays, and one absent (Alderman Bauer); motion carried.

The hearing was closed at 7:01 p.m.
