The City of Lincoln Public Hearing met in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, July 20, 2015.

City Clerk Mrs. Gehlbach called the roll call. There were seven Aldermen present (Alderman Bauer, Alderman Hoinacki, Alderman Horn, Alderman Neitzel, Alderman Mourning, Alderman Parrott, and Alderman Tibbs) and one absent (Alderman Cooper). Department Heads present were Assistant Fire Chief Danosky, Deputy Police Chief Adams, Building and Safety Officer Mr. Lebegue, EMC/American Water Mr. Ferguson, and Street Superintendent Mr. Landers. Also present were City Treasurer Mr. Conzo, City Clerk Mrs. Gehlbach, City Administrator Mr. Johnson and Recording Secretary Mrs. Riggs.

Mayor Pro Tem Neitzel called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on the Appropriations Ordinance for FY 2015-2016.

There was no one present to discuss.

Mayor Pro Tem Neitzel closed the hearing at 7:04 p.m.
