Recently, the City Council updated its Rules of Order in order to standardize the decorum and practices used when addressing City of Lincoln Boards and Commission.  Many of these rules were already practiced but never adopted by the Council in a vote.  These rules are, in no way, an attempt to keep the public from engaging in public comment, but rather an attempt to allow more voices to be heard.  These adopted rules can be found by accessing the link below.
