Minutes of the City of Lincoln City Council Committee of the Whole Meeting held in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, October 25, 2016.

Mayor Neitzel called the regular City Council Committee of the Whole Meeting to order at 7:00

p.m. There were six Aldermen present (Alderman Bauer, Alderman Hoinacki, Alderman Hom, Alderman Mourning, Alderman Tibbs and Alderman Welch) and two absent (Alderman Hoefle and Alderman Parrott). Also present were Street Superintendent Mr. Landers, Fire Chief Miller, Building and Safety Officer Mr. Lebegue and Police Chief Adams. Also present were Mayor Neitzel, City Treasurer Mr. Conzo, City Administrator Mr. Johnson, and City Clerk Mrs. Gehlbach.

Mayor Neitzel led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Public Participation:

There was no Public participation.

Presentation from Route 66 Scenic Bvwav/The Mill:

Mr. Geoff Ladd was present to request funds for the Mill in the amount of $4,755.71 this will assist with making the bathrooms ADA assessable. This can be taken out of the hoteVmotel tax.

This will be placed on the November 7, 2017 agenda.

Presentation from Logan County Tourism Bureau:

Those present from the Tourism Bureau were Cindy Fleshman, Interim Director; Renee Martin; Gail Sasse; and Tina Rusk. Tourism had a handout of their strategic plan. They have a Vision/Mission Statement; the Tourism services and their success factors. Part of their plan is to add two Alderman to be on the Board.

Long Term Control Plan Update:

The following bids were given:

1, Petersburg Plumbing' s bid was $30,956.00

2.    Entler Excavating's bid was $73,106.00

3.    D and D Sewer's bid was $40,720.00

4.    Hoerr Construction's bid was $119,100.00

5.    Walker Excavating's bid was $90,631.80
