Below is a copy of the concept plan for a health and fitness site at the location of the former Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital on 8th Street. The plan was unveiled and discussed at a public meeting on Thursday, January 26, 2012. If you have comments, suggestions, or questions, email those to City Administrator.
A final concept plan will be presented to the City Council at its workshop meeting on February 28, 2012.

The hours for the Lincoln's landscape waste facility will change to 8 a.m.-3:50 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, effective April 19. That schedule will continue through May 15.
Only landscape waste will be accepted.
There is no mulch available at the facility, but there is firewood. To get firewood, you must first get a permit from City Hall.
