--Treasurer’s Report

--Old Business:

Discussion of tax deferred pension contributions. Letter has been given to the City Council Action has been completed.

Ben Roland, Jeff Singleton and Chuck Conzo Online class report.

--New Business:

Investment strategy discussion on mature benefit received from the passing of Don Buss ($800,000)

      Tax Levy actuarial valuation info and forward to City Council

     Letter of Engagement with Lauterbach & Amen

Adoption of the municipal compliance report if we have received and forward to City Council.

      Received annual training CE for Mark Miller and James Reed.

2016 Meeting schedule January 13^th, April 13^th, July 13^th and October 12^th 2016 meeting to start at 16:00 hours at City Hall, Mayors Office if available.

      DOI report had received a questionnaire from the State?.
