PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

TO THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF LINCOLN, ILLINOIS

Please take notice that the Zoning Boards of Appeals of the City of Lincoln shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 6:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to hear the following petition. 

Mathew Garrison is requesting a variance of City Code 11-4-6 (A), which states that no accessory building shall project beyond the front yard on either street.  The request is being made to reconstruct a nonconforming accessory building that has sustained structural failure. 

The property is legally described as: 8-1479, Lot 1 & NE ½ of Lot 2, Block 2, Wyatt & Latham’s Addition to the City of Lincoln, Logan County Illinois, commonly known as 426 N. Logan Street.

The petition shall be on file in the Code Enforcement Office in City Hall for public inspection, comment, questions and objections may be filed with the City Clerk until 3:00 P.M. on August 10, 2016.
