PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

TO THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF LINCOLN, ILLINOIS

Please take notice that the Plan Commission of the City of Lincoln shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to hear the following petition. 

      Jeffery Scott Architects, P.C.     on behalf of     Shiva Developments    , has filed a petition pursuant to Section 11-5-7 of the City Code, for a Special Use in the C-1 and C-2 Districts for a drive-through facility on the property commonly known as 3089 Woodlawn Road and legally described as follows: 

Lots 5 and 6 of Resubdivided I-55 Commercial Park Final Plat recorded as document number 200700049001 in the Logan County Recorder’s Office being part of Section 27, Township 20 North, Range 3 West of the Third Principal Meridian, Lincoln, Logan County, Illinois.

The petition shall be on file in the Code Enforcement Office in City Hall for public inspection, comment, questions and objections may be filed with the City Clerk until 3:00 P.M. on

January 26, 2017.
